We directed Neil Gaiman’s Likely Stories for Sky Arts. The four films aired last year, and are now available to watch on Sky Go. These new adaptations of short stories by Neil Gaiman are scored by Jarvis Cocker, and an EP is available from Rough Trade Records.

The cast includes Tom Hughes, Johnny Vegas, George MacKay, Rita Tushingham and Kenneth Cranham. They’re joined by an incredible ensemble cast including Monica Dolan, Paul Ritter, Simon Manyonda, Johann Myers and Montserrat Lombard. The four adaptations are Foreign Parts, a story of identity, the ghostly tales of Feeders & Eaters and Closing Time and the life-spanning narrative, Looking For The Girl. The films are all set in east London and centre on the act of storytelling.

The series was produced by Sid Gentle Films. Editor Adam Biskupski was nominated for a Royal Television Society award for his work on Likely Stories.
